Accountability Is Your Biggest Tool

You can have every tool in the world.

All the knowledge, the resources, the checklists, the macro guides, the calorie calculators, the “hacks”

But if you don’t know how to use them consistently?

It’s like having a satnav when you're lost up Mt. Everest

One of the women in my nutrition education group PowerFuel is the perfect example.

She knew exactly what to do to lose weight

How to set up her calories, what foods worked best for her, how to adjust when she gained or lost weight.

But without accountability?

She just couldn't stay consistent with things and after 5 months of trying, she was worse off.

Jan 1st: 79.7kg

Feb 13th: 81.7kg

Feb 23rd: 78.4kg

May 28th (when she finally joined 1-1 coaching): 81kg again

Fast forward to 21st July—less than 8 weeks with me and she’s 72kg.

Almost 10kg down. Nothing fancy. No magic tricks or different tactics

Just structure, support, and someone taking the reins when she couldn’t do it alone.

So if you haven’t been able to stick to the goals you set for yourself this year, it might not be a knowledge issue stopping you but a lack of implementation

Have a couple of good weeks but keep falling off on the weekends?

Keep falling back into the same old patterns?

It’s not because you’re lazy.

It’s not because you don’t know how

It’s because doing it alone is hard, especially when life’s busy, motivation’s low, and no one’s watching.

You need someone to take the reins, guide the process, hold you to a higher standard and believe in you more than you do right now.
