Have you ever looked down, grabbed that bit of belly fat between your fingers, rolled it around, and let out a big sigh…
Then you start lying yourself “It’s not that bad, I've been busy, enjoying life"
But deep down, you know it is.
And the excuses start flying in:
You’ve been stressed.
You’ve always been “a bit bigger.”
You’re “not built” to be in shape.
I’ve heard them all before, hundreds of times.
And do you know when I usually hear them?
From the same people months later, after they’ve put the work in.
Except this time, the story’s different.
They’re saying things like:
“I never thought this would be me.”
“Life’s way less stressful now I actually feel good about myself.”
“I’ve got more energy, I’m waking up earlier, and I'm finally happy.”
The excuses didn’t get them there.
Taking action did.
So if you’re sat there right now with a handful of belly fat and a list of reasons why you can’t maybe it’s time to prove yourself wrong.
